Pros

TTEC ensures you get the training you need. They set expectations for your performance and work with you to meet them. They provide lots of feedback on your calls.

Cons

They have very strict and rigid rules. They set a high expection and demand you live up to it. This takes the form of constant threat of Termination. You see people terminated a lot and you work in a almost empty building. In my class we lost 1/3 before we took a call. The teacher said that she had not had a class graduate with so many people. She said she normally loses 1/2 to 3/4 of the class during training. I got to where i felt like i could not care if i lost my job or not. It was too much to worry about and was causing me so much anxiety that i was getting sick. I knew that if i missed because of the stress making me sick i would again lose my job.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
