Pros

It is a remote position.

Cons

If you have a disability or need to miss work due to a medical reason they will fight you every step of the way and they only excuse a few days, regardless if you have documentation and approval. They also hire people en masse during busy months as full time but then terminate everyone afterwards as "temporary help." I also had the training coach consistently blame the class for her inability to control her temper. My supervisor was also extremely passive aggressive. They fought me on ADA and wanted me to get every single symptom filed as an individual ADA acception and wanted them signed by doctors that lived in other states in a less than realistic time frame. You're also HEAVILY micromanaged and receive mostly negative feedback. Basically, none of corporate has any idea what goes on day to day but then demand insane expectations with minimal reward. Almost everyone I was hired with either quit or was terminated. No one has a clue what they're doing, the programs never work or frequently crash, and there's no empathy for their employees. The entirety of this company is grossly disorganized. Oh, the icing on the cake is that when you're interviewed and in training they promise you benefits, overtime, and all kinds of "good ideas," and then once you actually start working suddenly they're no longer doing over time, offering certain benefits, or providing wage incentives. We were told in training there was room for promotion and pay raises. Found out that was a lie. You're only getting a raise of like $1 if you switch positions and take on double the responsibilities. I regret ever working here. The scheduling is equal horrendous.

Pros

Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

Cons

Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security
