Pros

Training opportunities are good, international teams.

Cons

They are firing teams while pretending everything is fine and claiming it’s the best place to work. But they fired entire teams, including people who had just joined the company. Some had even relocated to Kraków from other countries, only to be fired three weeks later. The company refused to help these people. There have been massive layoffs, but they conveniently forgot to mention any of this on their LinkedIn. Management is fake. They win awards, but offer no real support to the people they let go. There are discriminatory salary practices. If you’re Turkish or Polish, you’re paid the bare minimum. But if you’re German, you can earn over 10,000 PLN per month. They claim to support diversity and inclusion, but refuse to pay fairly. When people raise concerns, they’re told: “If you don’t like it, you can leave. This is a corporate company, people come and go.” Fake smiles, fake support, fake company. They hire over 100 Turkish workers while firing over 100 others, just to cut costs and replace them with cheaper labor.
