Mandatory overtime,micromanage, will get write up if Team status goes online after 30 mins. Only give you 3 days notice via email before termination, then go in to laid people off over a Team meeting while muting everyone.....

Cons
- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc...
- Extremely high pressure work environment
- Extensive micromanagement
- Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor
- Questionable Treatment of new agents
- Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO
- Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues)
- Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
