      Replaced all possible American jobs to offshore Do not care about you or your experience Does not matter how much you’ve given to company Pay is much lower than any other company in same position

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
