No pros as such. They drive people crazy

Cons

Pathetic work culture these days. Efficient management team was replaced with inefficient and incapable managers. They only do micro management and consider employee as a slave

Pros

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Cons

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
