Pros
The company has many people who have worked there for ten years on up so lots of experienced, tenured folks. The company is open to requests for relocation, position changes, etc. It's a good company to work for if you're focused on a steady paycheck.
Cons
It's not a very progressive, innovative company. I found that most co-workers and managers were content to do things "the way it has always been done". Also, the paths for growth and promotion were limited. There were only a few main functional areas (operations, sales or product management) from which to move around and sometimes tenure speaks louder than abilities. You have to proactively establish and push your own career path. While some managers were better than others at mentoring and providing performance reviews, there lacked a cohesive, consistent corporate process for employee growth and development. I only received two formal performance reviews in five years.
