Pros
The CEO is hands on and still involved - cool, considering he is the founder and getting older. he's passionate about his job. the people who work here in general are very nice and mean well. they work hard at their jobs.
Cons
The pay here is not what it should be. if this is the "global electronic part distribution leader", pay like you are. fix your benefits/insurance. the problem with TTI is the upper management is stagnant - they don't want to hire younger people because they don't want to train them. i have listened to interviews and heard managers say "they'd be perfect but they're only twenty something"... news flash, you work in a technology based industry. millennials and younger know this stuff more than you, you just know the company and have the tenure. HR begged me to know how to get younger people: give them a chance to get hired, pay better wages and don't start off with the ridiculously low amount of vacation time. other companies are with the times and improving their status to attract millennials and if TTI doesn't do the same, the majority of their tenured employees will be retiring in the next 5-10 years and there will be a huge gap in employment.
