Nice people in San Antonio office. Superintendent very smart professional but fair and the only normal person I could get an answer without fear of reprisals.( I can respect that) she took a lot of heat off the team. never did I hear one word against the company, home office or the project Managers. Great design team in San Antonio. Director of Oil and Gas was always available

Horrible Micro Management, Work place bullying No one to help you and when you ask questions it is even worse. Over hearing the way all the staff were treated was disturbing. Keep your head down and do what you are told I had one report that took 10 times to make it ready to go out it was only 4 pages. Then I received and email for the report it was a completely different report? I checked out mentally after the first week and started looking for another job . I have PTSD from this place. Yelling, screaming, slamming things, endless reports that were worthless, being told on a day to day that I was clueless. The fights with other staff members , the Sub contractors no one should have this type of stress. I called in to HR for help, later that week I was confronted by a Sr. Project Manager about the report to HR , I knew at that time I had to give my notice or be fired. I had never experienced this type of bullying in a work place. No employee should have to take this type of behavior. I did reach out to the rest of the team only to find out they also were fired or gave notice. Management should take notice of the turnover of staff. This place is a train wreck
