Pros
I enjoyed working with my fellow engineers. Floor operators were also kind and always trying to do the right thing. Every other Friday is "off".
Cons
Underpaid. Unnecessary meetings that take up hours. Teamwork is frowned upon. You will get more than one person's share of work. No filling food provided. Don't expect to leave at 5:00 PM, the end of business. Don't expect to be trained. People will complain if you ask questions or share new ideas. They care more about getting the job done on time regardless of if it's done right.
