Management plays games with employees. High Turnover (most employees leave for better pay/conditions). Expectations to stay later and come in on weekends. Even some jaded upper management told me to find a better industry. People are generally unappreciated, overworked and under-payed. A lot of interpersonal conflicts and general frustrations (I personally witnessed multiple yelling matches and arguments that would be unacceptable in most professional environments) . Most employees are willing to point the finger, very much "dog eat dog" mentality.
