Poor Management - AOI Operator TTM Technologies Employee Review

No accountability. Give you specific direction, then change their mind a week later and suddenly forget what they told you; consequently throwing you under the bus. You’ll get blamed for others mistakes. Different standards for different employees. Obvious favoritism. They treat their employees like mushrooms; keep you in the dark, feed you a bunch of BS, and expect you to grow. Managers have horrible interpersonal communication skills. They’re great at managing work, but horrible at managing people. Managers take no part in training and/or certification of employees skills. Managers have no direct experience doing what they expect their employees to do.
