Pros
There was tons of overtime available. Quarterly presentations from the customers showing the latest tech.
Cons
Before I started, there was a culture of all levels of management yelling at the floor operators so floor operators did their best to hide problems for fear of being yelled at. It was no secret that most employees were being under-compensated in 2018. Their solution was leaving "hot jobs" for the end of the shift so they would always have to get overtime. I doubted there was any room for growth when a colleague was offered a "promotion" to have more responsibilities on second shift for no more compensation and an indispensable operator was offered a raise of $0.025/hr. Too much overtime.
