Pros
- Management was pretty good - Pay wasn't that bad - PTO and Sick Days - Lenient on issues - Diverse
Cons
- It's cliquey - It follows the 20/80 rule, where 20% of the people do 80% of the work - Some people get special treatment - Has a high turn over - Mandatory overtime, often with short notice. Many times I came in on my last day of the week and was told that we'd be working the next day and the shifts turn into 10 hours. - Hire questionable people - They promote based on how long you've been there, if you're an all around better employee, you'll get passed over for someone who has more time in the company.
