Pros
Kept busy, they'll find work for you so you don't ever miss hours or get sent home early. PTO available from day one along with benefits like 401k, insurance, and an on site clinic. Pay is decent for the type of work expected with plenty of opportunities for overtime. People are super friendly and get along with the exception of a select few, you can always find help when you need it. Plenty of opportunities to develop and build your understanding of the facility and how it operates.
Cons
What you learn here for job skills is not really applicable to anywhere else except in understanding factory work. Favoritism runs rampant among managers and employees, double standards are also an issue because of this. HR seems to barely know what they're doing on certain issues like when it comes to explaining your benefits and how to make the most of them. Communication between management is also a huge issue. Also there is at least one manager that treats employees like they're prisoners by timing breaks, and enforcing very strict disciplinary actions.
