Not great - Anonymous employee TURN Community Services Employee Review

Lots of down time. Low pay, supervisors are overworked and underpaid which doesn’t encourage advancement. Management is always doing something goofy like making you sign a pledge to not to gossip or get into drama at work, it was actually called the Ten Commandments or something like that and everyone had to sign it. I found that condescending and weird. Another time we were told by management that we have to check on each client literally every three minutes, which is an impossible standard if you think about it for more than a second. Mandatory weekly meetings where nothing new is ever discussed.
