It’s definitely a fun environment and you get to meet and grow really great relationships with not only the individuals you work with my the coworkers as well.
Cons
I feel like there’s a lot of laziness that can come with this job after awhile. So making sure you’re always doing something to benefit and help others. But also making sure you communicate, I’ve had a lot of run ins with staff who do not know how to communicate and there’s a lot of trouble that can rise
