      Decent benefits, especially 401k and tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Most of the people in leadership roles are incompetent and have no business being in the roles they are in. Lots of laughable behavior (e.g., using buzzwords incorrectly and/or too frequently; planting "impromptu" questions at all hands meetings).
