Decision-making at this place is sometimes non-sensical. It's almost as is management has some agenda that nobody with any wits about them would deem practical. Very low opportunities for advancement -- new senior-level positions often come from outside the company. Salaries have been frozen for a few years. Pay structure across the company is uneven and unfair. Very bureaucratic and slow to move. Always a million hurdles to get things done, and meeting after meeting, after meeting.
