Pros
TVA offers a flexible workforce that is committed to excellence. The best advice I can give someone new to the Company is to learn their craft well and do their best.
Cons
The aging workforce is a con only to the Agency. (On the other hand, it shows that there are a number of happy employees who have been with TVA a long time.)
