Middle managers are "Yes men." Upper management doesn't care about employees and families. Very negative environment, cronyism used for promotions. Instability in upper management leads to very low morale in the field. Everything is run from corporate, who have little field knowledge, poor people skills, and they don't care about employees and their families, just sit behind their big desks drawing large salaries and bonuses. It may have been a good place to work 20+ years ago, but in the past 15 years, this company needs total overhaul in the upper management.
