Pros
None, but there's a five-word minimum here.
Cons
There is a backbiting corporate culture that's spreading to the plants. There is no value placed on long-term employees - it seems like there's a hushed goal to rid the company of anyone still in the old pension system. Managers have no experience in the production facilities, and they don't think that matters! They push employees to have no work/life balance, even though they deny that when confronted. The CEO is an out-of-touch, overpaid, arrogant jerk - who (in his own words) is "just like you, except" he makes "a lot more money and has job security." And heaven forbid that a woman report harassment by a man of any job description! It's going to be her word against his, despite any previous history he might have had. The culture is antiquated and oppressive, and HR would rather blame the woman and shove everything under the rug than have to act.
