Definitely lacking - Technician TVA Employee Review

Terrible management and leadership. This place definitely operates on the “who sucks up the best program”. TVA is an embarrassment to the energy community and the customers they serve. They have slashed pay, 401k contributions, retirement no longer exists, and massive layoffs. Did I mention this slashing of the work force and benefits happened at a time when the CEO gives himself a huge raise and bonus?? BILLIONS of tax payer dollars wasted. Disgusting
