Employee Benefits Package, even though they keep trying to get rid of that too.
Cons
Everything besides the benefits packages. Management created most of the problems that they blame on the employees and then outsource all the full time employees in IT. Management team consists of people without IT degrees, management experience, or common sense. CIO has been trying to outsource IT for years and he finally got his chance. Like Thanos with the infinity stones, he snapped away over half of IT. Honest, loyal, employees, most of which had been there for 5+ years.
