Pros
Good pay and benefits. Can progress as far as you want. There are niches and specific teams that are great places to work. For HQ employees work life balance is great since they have no expectations or accountability.
Cons
Constant fear of layoffs or forced retirement. Technology antiquated and IT poorly managed. TVA technology is littered with people who avoid all work-the less anyone notices you the greater chance for longevity. Upper management is populated by who you know types.
