No accountability for managers or supervisors. Trades get away with anything they want. Weak labor relations, unfavorable contracts. Corporate is bloated and does not interface well with the field. Changes are flavor of the month and do not seems to cause permanent impact or the company does not maintain them long enough to be effective. Company talks a great game about vision and values but does not live them.
