Pros
When I hired in around 2009, the Sr. Executives really improved the business, processes, infrastructure and efficiency. The Exelon Executive, VP's really started improving the overall culture. Realistically, the best company I have worked for during that tenure.
Cons
Good ole boy syndrome!! Old mentality gravitated towards non-efficient plants, taking care of buddy's and very inefficient management. I have never seen so many buddy moves before the new CEO was named in my life! Most employees are engaged but when the old culture took back over, it really got ridiculous! A kinder, inefficient and less productive TVA.
