Pros
TVA compensates very well. They have great benefits and a very good salary and give raises every year. They, for the most part, understand work-life balance.
Cons
Re-organizations. This company has been going downhill for the past 2 years with multiple re-organizations, lay-offs, and yet adding management roles. They promote based on seniority not based on talent or experience.
