Poor leadership!!!! People without passion and purpose in leadership roles which they also lack proper knowledge. All the dynamics of the old south are on display - ism's of all kind (age, disability, economics, gender and race). I say all this to say that while TVA offers a steady paycheck for many the exchange is loss of self, lowered esteem, productivity and overall quality of life. While this may not be the case for everyone there it is for far to many.
