On the whole, TVA is a great company with a strong history and an important mission. There is great pride among the workforce.
Cons
TVA is in a constant state of change. The company's finances were poorly managed for a long time, forcing new management to make some serious cuts. The cutting and changing seem to be never ending. It's difficult for people to do their jobs and concentrate on the task at hand when they are constantly worried about what's coming next.
