      Pros

      Great people, great work-life balance, great growth opportunities. Very relaxed. The benefits can't be beat. Also, there is a union protecting engineers.

      Cons

      I've heard the pay is a bit lower than other utilities but the benefits are better. Lay-offs were announced without a speck of compassion. While my group was not affected, the callousness with which this was handled really surprised me.
