Pros
Decent pay, coworkers, free uniforms in some crafts, training , travel pay, per diem, and that's just about it nothing else.
Cons
The hours are terrible, CEO's only stay for 5 years and get massive pay raises and bonuses leave and try to take all your benefits with them, constantly cutting back, management sucks and more worried about their bonuses than the employees, under appreciated, inaccurate paychecks, I could go on forever.
