Pros
Good Benefits, great co-workers, I have a great supervisor. TVA is committed to its existing nuclear fleet and to building new nuclear.
Cons
Pay is lower than industry average. There is no pay progression for my department. Upper level managers always seem to be scrambling and never have any answers. There is little to no confidence in upper level management from the people working in the field.
