Great work environment and work-life balance. Inspite of TVSi being a big company, I could still go and walk up to a Director and share some ideas. An open culture and total empowerment given to employees to air their views. Needless to say,strong ethics and values are embedded in the culture. They mean it when they say "We are a family." Pushing towards Modernization and implementing state-of-the-art new technologies. There is so much to learn!
