      Nothing I can think of.

      Cons

      No standard. Thought is a very well established company but is not. Throw u a project , never tell u anything. Never tell u how to start, what is their office standards, nothing. U just do what u want. Then comment u y u draw this way. Only a few ppl can do Revit. Not BIM ready. No benefit.

      - Hybrid schedule (can work from home) - Decent Benefits

      Cons

      - Extreme micromanaging, senior engineers can be rude and demanding - Poor compensation - Forced goals by supervisors, even if you have no interest - Failing performance among leadership, will often be late to meetings, not show up, send deliverables late, leave a bad impression on clients - Weak business outlook in the South
