      Based off my last location none and that’s just my honesty. There’s a lot of work to be done as far as management and employees.

      Management at the time I worked didn’t really know how to talk to people . It was also very hectic and draining . They will over work you if you let them .

      Rude management Unfair pay No lunch breaks No fresh air breaks if you dont smoke Not allowed to sit Not allowed to stop to get a drink No food or drinks infront of customers Racist isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Homophobia isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Ableism isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Management will verbally put you down if you dont do good enough Very understaffed Works you 10+ hours in one day
