      free lunch, good co-workers, good work culture, good managers

      Cons

      you have to know what you don't know and do self-training asking the co-workers. There is no formal training. Might get frustrated in first few days as you don't know what you don't know.

      Rude management Unfair pay No lunch breaks No fresh air breaks if you dont smoke Not allowed to sit Not allowed to stop to get a drink No food or drinks infront of customers Racist isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Homophobia isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Ableism isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Management will verbally put you down if you dont do good enough Very understaffed Works you 10+ hours in one day
