Pros

Company provided training sessions before releasing new product to customers. Team members were able to make their own new product and eat it. (It's really one of the best things TB has done to ensure everybody succeeds, customers are happy, and roll outs run smoothly) Skill Development for Management Employees and Management make the atmosphere. So it depends solely on their attitudes. Be happy, hardworking, and drama free. Upper management teams are pretty good about listening to concerns Able to make a sustainable (needs) living. By this I mean - You go to work, you'll be able to have things. TB was meant to serve as entry-level. I desired to do something else.

Cons

TMs may find it hard to actually take a break to sit down and enjoy a meal. Fosters an eat -as -you-go kind of atmosphere when service allows. The only time to administer breaks is during slow peak hours and during busy peak hours IF staffing and scheduling allows. Recommend not taking a break during these hours so that you know what's going on with your team/provide better service. Excellent at time management but the truth is at your very best sometimes this combination doesn't happen to often. People love TB.
