      Pros

      They have a quality training program. Intensive. That's the only pro I can think of.

      Cons

      Constant change of area managers. Hours worked. No quality of life, always expected to have your cell phone on. Ridiculous to meet labor/food cost/survey goals....I could go on and on...

      Free meals Decent coworkers Flexible scheduling

      Rude management Unfair pay No lunch breaks No fresh air breaks if you dont smoke Not allowed to sit Not allowed to stop to get a drink No food or drinks infront of customers Racist isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Homophobia isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Ableism isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Management will verbally put you down if you dont do good enough Very understaffed Works you 10+ hours in one day
