      if you work for corporate you are paid well. the harder you work the more you are paid. you will be promoted if you show interest and work for it.

      Cons

      Don't work for a franchise....its horrible. They do not care about you and typically you will be more qualified than your boss.

      Good team, solid job, high pay for the level of work, time moves fast when busy and a good franchisee makes all the difference

      A bad franchisee/manager can tank everyone’s experience, occasionally stressful rushes
