Pros
Free drink even if you just drop by. The only real pro for me was my co-workers, well most of them. I did get recognized for going above doing my normal job duties. Makes me kind of disappointed that most people don't really do their jobs. Some customers really do make your day. You do get control of your work schedule, at least I did. You don't necessarily get free food, you are suppose to get an employee discount which I believe is either 50 or 75%. But wrong orders returned by customers are a free for all.
Cons
Too stressful. Be warned as a cashier for drive-thru, you are being timed to get the food out and if you don't "BEEP BEEP BEEP". To specify, you have 1 minute and 15 seconds to take their order and 1 minute and 15 minutes to hand them their food and have them drive off. This isn't very hard to do but when its extremely busy for example on Fridays and time is running out to be green and your co-workers are literally screaming at you and the customers to hurry and get out, it's too much. The customers can be rude at times but the worst are the teenage co-workers who don't do there job yet still get paid the same as the other teens who actually do their jobs. I've worked there for a year but I can't take anymore. I don't know about the cooks, but as cashier as myself, the pay is minimum wage, $7.95.
