Pros

A Corporate Store. The fast paced physical demands of running the dining room keeps my arthritis in check, 50% food discount for shift worked for employees, managers always get free food anytime, 401K plan. If the GM (general manager) likes you then you can promote rather quickly.

Cons

5 - 10 cent raises per year, half hour break only when sales are down and labor up, 50% food discount for employees for shift worked Managers get free food anytime. Prejudice with regards to promotions, No benefits to speak of except health benefits consisting of preventative care only. Reporting any injuries are highly discouraged despite the contrary policy.
