      Pros

      Fast pace , good experience, okay pay for anyone above a crew member for what you are doing. Easy work.

      Cons

      Higher management and corporate, don't care about they just want their bonus and paychecks. Don't want to fix things that are broken. Before I left there was a leak in the ceiling for almost 2 months in the kitchen. Probably still isn't fixed. Lots of training required to make a stupid taco. Customers don't care are super rude.

      Good team, solid job, high pay for the level of work, time moves fast when busy and a good franchisee makes all the difference

      Cons

      A bad franchisee/manager can tank everyone’s experience, occasionally stressful rushes
