      If you're lucky..You maybe able to control days off.

      Cons

      Overworked for little pay and not always willing to meet your salary requirements...Come with a goal and work toward that goal and if there is no advancement offered move on...Know that you will put in long hours 55 plus is not unusual and you do not get a lot of holidays off..Just Christmas and Thanksgiving.

      Good team, solid job, high pay for the level of work, time moves fast when busy and a good franchisee makes all the difference

      A bad franchisee/manager can tank everyone’s experience, occasionally stressful rushes
