Where do I begin? - No breaks given to certain employees because they weren't valued - Requesting off and scheduling was always a gamble - Line cooks were elitists - Employees given promotions based on who needed money, not who actually had skill or merits - Worked there over a year and only received a 10 cense raise - Skills were never recognized As I mentioned, DO NOT WORK AT THIS LOCATION, especially if you have to ask off frequently due to whatever reason. Management were jerks to who ever asked off frequently, they even made one employee cry. Working was absurd. There would only be one cashier open at all times during business hours, which would result in long lines that made customers angry. Employees were complete jerks to me. I was never doing enough in their eyes. One employee told me he would "teach me respect." All of this combined, there is no wonder that this location had a high turnover rate. Avoid this location. There are better fast food employers and better Taco bells to work at than this one.
