Pros

- Plenty of Hours Your dedication inside work could mean lots of hours, which could make your pig happy. -Great co-workers Probably, it's due to the reason why I've been working since opening, but in my opinion, the co-workers are nice.

Cons

- Discount Policy Where did the Free Employee Meal go? 50% off while working, and no discount on days off policy is ridiculous, which is different comparing to their counterparts Chipotle. - Management Horrible. I mean there is a lot of miscommunication between the General Manager and the Assistant Managers, and I guess the shift leaders are way better than them. Also, corporate doesn't value their employees which sucks, as it is one of the reasons why I never wanted to be promoted to shift leader. -Benefits Okay, I've been working for them for almost a year, been averaging 32 hours per week, and still no benefits at all. -Wage I think a Food Champion deserves to be paid a little bit more than a Service Champion, because of the amount of work you get.
