Pros
Lots of hard work for sure...but after you adjust to knowing what you are trained to do it becomes second nature! I'm now a General Manager and worked myself up the career ladder in just a few years. The Taco Bell headquarters are just up the street from my store in Orange County....and the support I get is wonderful. My employees must like me, and enjoy my managerial style, as shown by the low turnover of employees. Taco Bell encourages promotions and also giving vacation time and time off when needed...so the stress levels are minimal to my co-workers and overall everyone is happy here. That also makes my job easier...and word of mouth from my employee partners brings in their friends to work here too. Overall I intend to stay with Taco Bell and work my way up the Corporate ladder to further my success. I've worked for some pretty big name restaurant chains during my 20 plus restaurant career...but actually found a home here at Taco Bell!
Cons
You have to focus on customer satisfaction, and have a "do it right" the first time mind set. Most importantly is to take care of your customers...and that means staying focused and stay on top of your game.
