      Pros

      I like working at Taco Bell because the other employees that work with me are always in a good mood and always happy about work and so they encourage me to work better and that creates an outstanding work environment.

      Cons

      Honestly, I don't think there are many things that I can say ill about working at Taco Bell except for the fact that the training you do is very tedious and redundant.

      Good team, solid job, high pay for the level of work, time moves fast when busy and a good franchisee makes all the difference

      A bad franchisee/manager can tank everyone’s experience, occasionally stressful rushes
