Pros

If you work for a corporate store, lucky you. However, for the franchises I would say the best reasons to work there are: They are flexible with your hours, you get time off as needed (holidays excluded, however) For the most part people working at these stores look out for each other.

Cons

Wow, where to start... Sufficient training seems to be a thing of the past. DO NOT work here if you want to develop work ethic, as there are none here. It's just like any other place of work: politics, only you get paid less for more crap. The higher-ups expect a whole lot of something out of you for almost nothing. It's excruciatingly difficult to move up in this company. Communication is a very difficult thing to come across. Pay: ha. It has to have been about a year and a half since the last raise anyone in the store was given, aside from those whose minimum raise had to be raised.

Pros

Good team, solid job, high pay for the level of work, time moves fast when busy and a good franchisee makes all the difference

Cons

A bad franchisee/manager can tank everyone’s experience, occasionally stressful rushes

Pros

I will say there aren't any pros at all within this company from what I experienced. Only pro is to get free food basically.

Cons

Where can I start with this. I personally think management is the most horrible thing ever. I think area directors show favoritism toward their employees. Awful work environment. If you're looking to be stressed 24/7 this is the right place for you. If you like your fellow coworkers to talk bad about you behind your back this is the right place. If you want a company that doesn't care about you as an employee. The goal to Live Más doesn't apply to them at all because they are actually taking away instead of Más.
