Pros

Great team to work with, Work is varied, my Taco Bell has good benefits but most taco bells probably have none, Free food up to £5.50 on shifts over 6 hours

Cons

Extremely long hours on night shifts, I once had to miss a shift because I was really tired from the one I had the night before and the person scheduling shifts had broken employment laws by not having a big enough gap between these two shifts. If you are a student be ready to call your restaurant because you will most likely be put on a shift that is half way through a lecture. They don’t seem to take disabilities into account at all, I am autistic and regularly have been left on my own at the end of night shifts with no one to keep me company other than really drunk people from the whetherspoons next door. They contract out delivery and most of the drivers at least at my Taco Bell are get extremely rude and offensive and will try to start an argument if you follow company policy by doing orders one at a time and not prioritising theirs.

Pros

Good team, solid job, high pay for the level of work, time moves fast when busy and a good franchisee makes all the difference

Cons

A bad franchisee/manager can tank everyone’s experience, occasionally stressful rushes
